The Seller is working with me to exchange the product, but it has cost me extra shipping.Moral: Be sure to check the order carefully before final placement. I purchased a pair 5 years ago with a thinner sole. Wore them everyday. These have a thicker sole which is good because it was the sole that gave out first. These are very comfortable, I have swelling in my foot and these are perfect for that, very comfortable. Takes a few times wearing them to get use to the thicker sole. See that shoe string (tied in a bow) you can tighten that up around the middle to back part of your foot or loosen it. They are my main shoe. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe with a narrow foot, they are true to size.
