LOL1. QUALITY/MAKE-very very well made with excellent suede, tough even stitching throughout and good thin rubber traction. Very lightweight considering this is suede material. NOT made in china which is amazing. My pair is made in dominican republic and quality definitely shows. i can see my minnetonkas lasting for several years! 2. STYLE :D i saw few ladies pictured online in several minnetonka style boots and noted the versatility of them. These can be worn with prarie skirts and ditzy floral or denim jumper dresses which i love. it took me awhile to finally decide to get a minnetonka b/c i worried my ankles would look like cankles with them or would overwhelming on me--i am not a skinny leg chick unfortunately and i am only 5'3....hence i did NOT get a minnetonka with a shaft more than 7...
