I love the look. These run true to size and are very comfortable. I wear them all day. The only con is that the back of the metal embellishments on top pressed into the top of my foot for the first couple of days and that was a little uncomfortable. It's leather so it stretched a little bit after those couple of days so now it's fine. It's also doesn't have much arch support, which I don't really need, but if you do you might want to reconsider. They are so comfortatble, they feel as if I have been wearing them for months already! No breaking in necessary. They come in even sizes, and though I typically wear between an 8.5 and 9, the 8 worked perfectly for me. So, you may consider going down a size, especially if you are between sizes. The bed of the sandal is padded beautifully, and I had no problem with the thong rubbing between my toes. The heel is elevated just slightly, which I find comfortable, and I believe you get more support than with a typical flip flop. I plan to try these in other colors I like them so much. |
