| 9 of 9 people found the following review helpful:  Love 'em , with these exceptions...., Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Minnetonka Women's Two Button Boot (Apparel) At first these were slightly tight in the width at the ball of the foot-- solved that problem by stuffing them tight with socks for about an hour, then they stretched just enough and fit perfectly. These boots have no cushioning in the arch and sole, which caused fatigue for my feet ( high arches)-- solved this by purchasing cushioned inserts. The soles have no traction-- on dry surfaces fine, but I nearly slipped a couple of times on wet sidewalks. Love the buttons. Comfortable after the aforementioned adjustments, and happy with this purchase.Softer than a regular shoe, so it's a little like wearing slippers. As far as this particular boot goes, it's pretty good. I have pretty wide feet and generally have issues with this in shoes, however, these accomodate my feet quite well and fit true to size. Generally with Minnetonkas the shoe will eventually stretch to your foot's size and width WITHIN REASON so it is wise to buy your true size (I can't imagine that many ladies out there have wider feet than me but of course if you are an exception do what you need to do.) These boots look cute with dresses or skinny jeans or leggings or whatever. They are cute and versatile. |
