    The slippers are fine. I unfortunately have to return them and have tried to do so multiple times using the order number that you are supposed to plug into a return area on the Amazon/Shoes.com website. It didn't work. I have now emailed about this problem 4 times since Dec 23 with no actual help. Just an auto response that tells me nothing. I thought Shoes.com would be so much better. I am very disappointed, and frustrated, since I'm STILL holding onto these shoes without any assistance from them.
